Shipping within the continental United States is free on 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. 2-bottle orders incur a shipping fee. International shipping is not generally offered through the US site — please contact support with international inquiries.
Every order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a refund: email support@vireflow.us within 60 days of purchase with your order number. Follow the return instructions you receive. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Empty bottles are acceptable for refund. Shipping charges for the original order are typically non-refundable.
